Strategic Operations Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Operations Leader to oversee critical operational aspects, with a strong focus on FEMA & RCM Implementation, maintaining equipment standards and procedures, and leading initiatives in testing, modification, condition monitoring, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis.

  • Leadership Role: Oversee the implementation of strategic operations initiatives to drive peak operational efficiency and reliability.
  • FEMA & RCM Expertise: Lead FEMA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) & RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) efforts, ensuring robust strategies are in place to optimize asset performance and mitigate risks.
  • Equipment Standards: Establish and uphold rigorous Equipment Standard & procedures for all machinery and systems, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
  • Testing & Modification: Oversee comprehensive Testing & Modification processes for equipment and systems, driving continuous improvement and adaptation.
  • Condition Monitoring: Implement and manage effective Condition Monitoring programs for critical assets, enabling predictive maintenance and minimizing downtime.
  • Troubleshooting & RCA: Lead Troubleshooting & RCA (Root Cause Analysis) efforts for operational incidents, identifying underlying causes and implementing sustainable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Expertise: Proven expertise in FEMA & RCM Implementation, Equipment Standard & procedures, Testing & Modification processes, Condition Monitoring systems, and Troubleshooting & RCA.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in project involvement and optimization of spares and repairs management.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of achieving results through data-driven decision making.
