Job Summary: As an MIS Executive at Allies Business Hub, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and generating insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management:

• Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

• Develop and manage efficient processes for data collection, storage, and retrieval.

• Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into the MIS.

2. Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments, including sales, finance, production, and inventory.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.

• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

3. MIS System Maintenance:

• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of MIS systems and software.

• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

• Implement system upgrades and enhancements as needed.

4. User Support and Training:

• Assist departmental users in understanding and utilizing MIS tools and reports.

• Provide ongoing support to address user queries and issues.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve MIS processes.

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their MIS needs and improve service delivery.

6. Compliance and Security:

• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Implement measures to safeguard data against unauthorized access and breaches.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an MIS or data management role.

• Proficiency in database management, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with the jewelry or manufacturing industry is a plus.
