Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage S/4 HANA conversion projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
  • Oversight all phases of the S/4 HANA conversion project, from discovery to hypercare, ensuring successful execution of deliverables.
  • Manage Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) and Unicode conversion processes, ensuring compliance with SAP standards.
  • Develop and implement a landscape strategy, including the N+1 system approach, to optimize project execution.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive cutover strategy to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions during the conversion process.
  • Maintain a good overview of S/4 HANA conversion tools, including: SAP Readiness Check, SAP Maintenance Planner, Software Update Manager (SUM) with Database Migration Option (DMO), SAP Simplification Item Check, SAP S/4 HANA Conversion Cockpit, Downtime-Optimized Conversion (DOWNTIME-OPT), and Custom Code Migration Fiori App.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing S/4 HANA conversion projects, with at least one end-to-end project experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CVI and Unicode conversion processes, as well as landscape and cutover strategies.
  • Familiarity with SAP conversion tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in SAP project management, specifically with S/4 HANA conversion.

**We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.**
