Job Title: Strategic Business Intelligence Lead

At Allies Business Hub, we are seeking an experienced SAP MIS Executive to join our team. This role involves managing the company's information systems, ensuring data accuracy, generating insightful reports, and supporting various departments with their information needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:

    • Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
    • Develop and manage efficient processes for data collection, storage, and retrieval.
    • Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into the MIS.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments, including sales, finance, production, and inventory.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
    • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • MIS System Maintenance:

    • Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of MIS systems and software.
    • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
    • Implement system upgrades and enhancements as needed.
  • User Support and Training:

    • Provide ongoing support to address user queries and issues.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Collaborate with various departments to understand their MIS needs and improve service delivery.

    • Implement measures to safeguard data against unauthorized access and breaches.
    • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an MIS or data management role.
  • Proficiency in database management, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the jewelry or manufacturing industry is a plus.
