Job Overview:We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive our space sales strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Space Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in selling co-working spaces, including workstations, private cabins, and meeting rooms.
- Client Engagement: Identify and onboard new clients seeking workspace solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Tailored Solutions: Offer customized workspace solutions, whether it's a dedicated desk or a fully equipped meeting room.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with startups, entrepreneurs, and local businesses to drive long-term growth.

Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in business development or sales, preferably in co-working, real estate, or hospitality.
