We are currently hiring a Guest Services Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for our international visitors.

The ideal candidate will have strong English language skills, excellent communication abilities, a knack for sales, and a customer-centric approach.

You will receive comprehensive training to efficiently handle emails and other tasks, while providing a personalized experience for each guest.

Preference will be given to candidates with 6 months to 3 years of relevant work experience.

About the Role

  • Respond to guest enquiries in a friendly manner.
  • Paying attention to the guest's requirements to ensure understanding of enquiries and giving an appropriate response.
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, areas etc.
  • Assist with marketing tasks when needed.

Required Skills

A degree in tourism or hospitality management is preferred.

Fluent in English (excellent grammar).

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Good computer skills, including the ability to type and talk while successfully navigating through multiple applications.

Interest in the travel and hospitality industry.

Flexible to work evening and weekend shifts.
