Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a lasting first impression.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently.
  • Assist guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and recognize VIP customers.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and management for smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception/host area.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or guest relations is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
