Senior Sales Manager Job Opportunity

Are you a sales professional with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth? We have an exciting job opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling our Iberia Outbound Inside Sales team, driving revenue growth by managing high-performing teams and contributing as an individual contributor. This role will focus on generating and converting leads into valuable PayPal merchants.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of sales processes and programs.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and drive improvements.
  3. Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
  4. Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales as a rep and as a team leader, with a strong track record in outbound sales or inside sales.
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
