About This Opportunity
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies for assigned cluster hotels, aligning with commercial objectives.
  • Analyze hotel performance against budgets, forecasts, and benchmarks, making informed recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor distribution channels to ensure competitive positioning.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead data-driven strategy discussions with general managers, sales, and operations teams.
  • Deliver cohesive and commercially aligned revenue strategies with hotel leadership teams.
Systems & Processes
  • Ensure effective use of HOLIDEX Plus, PERFORM, and GDS across all cluster hotels.
  • Maintain data accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
People Development
  • Support the development of Cluster Assistant Revenue Managers and Revenue Executives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and alignment with industry culture.
Required Skills & Attributes
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in revenue management systems, and advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Influence at hotel and cluster level with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field and 5-7 years of experience in revenue management within branded hospitality.
