
Sales Revenue Growth Specialist

This role is focused on expanding sales efforts and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
The Account Executive will play a key role in the Sales department, working closely with internal stakeholders to craft custom solutions for new customers. This includes performing product demos, managing follow-up communications, and partnering with the internal CSM team to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
In addition to individual performance, the Account Executive will collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the overall sales workflow.
Responsibilities:- Reach out to prospects and run own sales cycle to achieve revenue targets
- Responsible for acquiring new clients and hitting targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive and effective sales operations
- 4+ years of proven experience in an account executive role
- 4+ years of selling in Mid and upmarket B2B Saas
- Possess an understanding of Workforce Management and HR Products
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and hitting targets
