We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in short-term vacation rentals and be able to develop and execute revenue strategies to drive business growth.

- Develop and execute revenue strategies to drive occupancy and increase profitability
- Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to adjust pricing and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue
- Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions
- Design and manage data-driven pricing strategies using tools like Key Data and Price Labs

- Present clear, data-backed recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry
- Mandatory experience with Key Data and Price Labs or equivalent dynamic pricing tools
