Job Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Gather customer feedback and maintain a lasting relationship.

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns.

Provide accurate information and solutions.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Update customer profiles with relevant information.

Quality Assurance:

Adhere to quality standards and ensure consistency in service delivery.

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Qualifications:

Any degree with computer knowledge.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi & Telugu.

Ability to articulate information clearly.

Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Ability to handle high call volumes with a focus on quality service.

Requirements:

Immediate availability.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

We are seeking individuals for the following languages: Malayalam - 50, Hindi - 30, Telugu - 30, Kannada - 20.

Location: Lakshmi Mills, Coimbatore

Salary Range: 10,000 to 15,000 per month + incentives (Based on performance)
