Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Direct a team of customer support representatives, guiding them to achieve exceptional results.
  2. Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize customer interactions.
  3. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  4. Training and Development: Plan and conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of customer support representatives.
  5. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer support representatives, providing constructive feedback for growth.
