We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee our human resource operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional focus, expertise, and vision in scaling a dynamic organization focused on customer-centricity, team growth, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR services, including employee retention, engagement, and initiatives for the location.
- Offer strategic thinking and direction to the team, implementing effective and efficient HR strategies.
- Develop and manage an effective employee lifecycle, fostering positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive the continuous development of the team and integrate HR functions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and overall employee engagement.
- Lead culture change initiatives, aligning with organizational values.
- Implement employee engagement programs, surveys, and compensation management.
- Act as a mentor, coach, thought leader, and functional expert to senior managers.
- Manage direct reporting staff and develop HR policies, practices, and performance management systems.
Profile & Experience:
- 12+ years of relevant HR experience in third-party business process services companies.
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems through industry best practice implementation.
- Well-versed in HR generalist responsibilities.
- MBA/PG degree preferred.
