Job Description

Performance and Commercial Excellence Business Partner Role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance and Commercial Excellence Business Partner to support our global strategy.

This role involves executing the global strategy for performance and commercial excellence within a specific market vertical or geographical region.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in recruitment, operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or similar roles in global organizations.

Key responsibilities include implementing and monitoring the IFS framework in assigned regions or verticals, collaborating with regional teams to optimize IFS metrics, and providing insights for localized improvements.

Additionally, the successful candidate will identify operational weaknesses and opportunities for improvement through performance analysis and support the development and implementation of targeted strategies to address performance gaps.

They will also conduct audits of customer contracts to ensure commercial compliance and assess risk related to client SLAs and KPIs, highlighting trends and concerns from performance reviews across accounts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and supporting improvement initiatives.

Furthermore, the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced global environments is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in recruitment, operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or similar roles in global organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex data collection, analysis, and interpretation to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • A solid understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and their impact on business performance.
  • Proven ability to build working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including operational, sales, finance, and technical teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and supporting improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced global environments.
