A successful Business Growth Strategist will drive global sales and business expansion initiatives by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to scalable go-to-market strategies for managed IT services and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across national and international markets.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to support sales strategy development.
- Engage with potential clients, including enterprises and mid-market companies, to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align business proposals with client objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or client acquisition, preferably in Managed IT Services or Technology Solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and support sales closures.
- Experience working with international clients and multi-geography markets.
- Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and support sales strategy adjustments.
- Ability to work independently in a consultative capacity and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
