Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

  • Budgeting, Forecasting, and Planning:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the process of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze actuals against budget/forecast and recommend cost reduction strategies to improve business performance.
  • Lead business partnering support through analytics and drive strong relationships across the business, including Central Finance Functions and other Finance teams.
  • Provide stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance to support decision-making.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Masters degree in Business Administration in Finance from a Top Business School or CA.
  • 10+ years experience in managing a similar role.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills; interpersonal communication and team management.
