Job Description:

We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead our financial operations, drive business performance, and ensure robust financial management.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and contributing to long-term growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and operationalize multi-geo strategies for the company in alliance with sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and implement automation solutions for the finance function.
Requirements:

This role requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen and commercial awareness, excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, high integrity and commitment to ethical conduct, and ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, and minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high-growth startup, is also required.

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and international markets.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective financial planning and execution.
