Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Expert to lead our financial operations. This role will encompass strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure sound financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports including profit & loss, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to safeguard assets.
  • Provide strategic insights and financial recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and drive cost efficiencies.
  • Monitor financial metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
  • Proven experience in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Solid knowledge of risk management and strategic financial planning.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (ERP systems, Excel, etc.).
  • Additonal certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are a plus.
