Job Description:

F&A Capability Lead will oversee end-to-end F&A processes, including record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, tax compliance, and financial planning & analysis.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and global accounting standards, while managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

This role will also drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, leveraging technology solutions like ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and automation tools.

Additionally, the F&A Capability Lead will lead change management efforts during process transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CA, ACCA) are highly preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing large F&A teams, driving process improvements, and leading finance transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and global finance operations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI-powered finance solutions).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
