Job Title: Financial Process Excellence Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance business partner to lead process excellence and drive efficiency in our finance operations across APAC and EMEA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in finance and manufacturing-costing modules.

Responsibilities:
As the primary finance business partner, you will be responsible for:
1. Bridging finance and IT functions to ensure seamless data flows into data warehouses and business intelligence systems.
2. Driving process excellence and faster close cycles through strategic planning, project investments, and change request evaluations.
3. Leading fit-gap analysis, requirements-gathering workshops, and end-to-end process design to optimize finance operations.
4. Overseeing configuration, testing, and upgrades of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O features to ensure value realization and high user adoption.
5. Collaborating with developers to deliver customizations that meet business requirements and ensuring timely, budget-friendly delivery.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
1. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly finance and manufacturing-costing modules.
2. Proven experience in leading process excellence initiatives and driving business outcomes.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
