Financial Reporting Leader

We are seeking an accomplished financial leader to drive international financial reporting processes, statutory compliance, and ESG reporting across multiple regions.
- To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures that adhere to statutory regulations.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audits of statutory financial statements.
- Collaborate with regional legal teams to maintain entity compliance.
- Partner with Global Impact and SEC reporting teams to drive ESG and CSRD reporting in various territories.
- Oversee the preparation and review of tax computation and tax returns in partnership with the international tax team.
- Prior experience in financial leadership or management is essential.
- Strong understanding of statutory financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
