Senior Financial Leader

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of assigned programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Budget Tracking and Forecasting: Monitor and analyze program budgets to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for cost savings.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial analysts to achieve program goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accounting and Finance: Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
