Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned accounting leader to act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Finance and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as SME in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting
  • Support pre-sales with solution design, pricing, and client engagements
  • Lead end-to-end transitions, knowledge transfer, and process improvements
  • Ensure delivery excellence, compliance, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence
  • Mentor and upskill financial teams, drive automation, and optimize business processes

The ideal candidate will have Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree with 10+ years in Finance and Accounting, including 3+ years in SME/leadership roles, experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setup, strong client engagement and solutioning skills, and a proven track record in transitions and operational excellence.
