Process Improvement Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager who brings together a strong finance foundation with process improvement expertise. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and ensure high-quality deliverables across F&A processes.

The Process Improvement Manager will lead and support process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools. This includes driving operational excellence and standardization across Finance & Accounting processes, identifying process gaps, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring sustained improvements.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills to partner with cross-functional teams and prepare quality reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
  • Drive operational excellence and standardization across Finance & Accounting processes.
  • Identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and ensure sustained improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional Background: Strong experience in Finance & Accounting (P2P, O2C, R2R).
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
  • Skills: Analytical thinking, stakeholder management, process mapping, problem-solving.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
