Business Process Improvement Specialist

As a seasoned business process improvement specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing and documenting existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
You will design, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Additionally, you will develop and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and other process documentation to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
With expertise in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies, you will identify and implement process automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and compliance. Your responsibility will also include ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and industry best practices, monitoring and analyzing process performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement.
Moreover, you will stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in process management. As a mentor and guide, you will share your knowledge with junior team members, empowering them to excel in process improvement methodologies.
Required Skills:
- Over 10 years of experience in process improvement, automation, and business process management.
- Proven experience in implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Experience in the banking domain, with a focus on client life cycle journeys (onboarding, screening, KYC/CDD, offboarding).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
