Business Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description:
In this role, you will be part of the Operational Excellence team involved in delivering change across Commercial Banking Operations.
The centralized model helps to apply structure, consistency, and drive execution results for Commercial Banking Operations Strategic and Risk priorities. These roles are critical to the Commercial Banking Operations team support and help keep the functional leaders and managers in the day-to-day operations of serving customers.
You will be expected to have solid experience working as an Internal Consultant solving business problems of varied nature. You will be required to work under stringent timelines, maintain strong engagement with multiple functions in a matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Deployment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, measure, and plan the end-to-end implementation of a new Workflow management tool.
- Process Improvement & Efficiency: Engage with business partners to identify, analyze, and prioritize inefficient business/operational processes with the goal of driving measurable improvements.
