- Effective communication and collaboration across all levels
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies
- Understanding of cargo operations, warehousing, ground handling processes, and industry standards
- Able to design and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and process control tools
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 1 year of operational experience with a focus on process improvement
