Senior F&A Operations Leader

Strategic Finance & Accounting Leadership Opportunity in a Dynamic Environment.

  • Established finance professional with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and implementing finance transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in financial systems, automation tools, and digital solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Proven track record of managing complex finance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for F&A operations, aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • F&A Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end F&A processes, including record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, tax compliance, and financial planning & analysis.
  • Process Optimization & Transformation: Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Talent Development & Team Leadership: Build, develop, and mentor high-performing F&A teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Certifications: CPA, CMA, CA, ACCA, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, expertise in financial systems, automation tools, and digital solutions.
