Job Description:
  • Manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by accurately tracking and reporting financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping:
    • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
    • Evaluate financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Audit Support:
    • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
    • Ensure accurate and complete documentation during audit processes.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to minimize costs and maximize revenue.
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
