Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to and manage all inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and tailor our offerings accordingly.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of BHIVE's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Accurately update and manage client information in the CRM system and track the progress of all inbound leads.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction for all converted leads.
  • Collect and relay feedback from inbound leads to internal teams to help refine our offerings and improve overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an inbound sales or pre-sales role, preferably in the flexible workspace, real estate, or commercial leasing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on engaging inbound leads.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
