Pre-Sales Business Developer

- Promptly respond to and manage all inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and tailor our offerings accordingly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of BHIVE's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Accurately update and manage client information in the CRM system and track the progress of all inbound leads.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction for all converted leads.
- Collect and relay feedback from inbound leads to internal teams to help refine our offerings and improve overall client satisfaction.
- 3-5 years of experience in an inbound sales or pre-sales role, preferably in the flexible workspace, real estate, or commercial leasing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on engaging inbound leads.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
