Business Development Lead

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive our sales strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue growth, achieving business targets, and enhancing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of sales professionals to achieve business results and meet profitability targets.

Industry & Governance

  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build effective sales strategies.
  • Use industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics to provide insights to our product and policy teams.
  • Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements, processes, policies, and reports as per company-designed systems.
