Job Overview

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and installation services to our clients. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and effective solutions to their technical queries, ensuring maximum satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct on-site training and support visits to ensure seamless integration of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the support department to resolve complex queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate final training/support visits, taking into account client requirements and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all supported products and systems.
  • Review performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring alignment with our service offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and installation roles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
