  • Offer dedicated phone support to global customers, addressing their queries promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe, providing timely resolutions to their concerns.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying and resolving technical hardware and software issues efficiently.
