Medical Education Professional

We are seeking a high-performing Medical Education professional who embodies confidence, competitiveness, and results-driven drive.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, ensures project completion, and meets regulations and expectations.

This role requires strong relationship management skills, product and procedural knowledge, and understanding of the competitive landscape. The individual will support educational content development, program development, and collaboration with broader teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships within sales/marketing functions
  • Develop and maintain product and procedural knowledge
  • Understand and analyze key competitive landscapes
  • SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL CONTENT UTILIZING HCP INPUT
  • SUPPORT PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT WITH GUIDANCE FROM OTHERS
  • Maintain collaboration with broader teams
  • LEAD MEDICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM COORDINATION, LOGISTICS AND CONTENT DELIVERY
  • Organize in-class or virtual courses
  • Identify metrics to measure/track and appropriate methods
  • Understand business strategies
  • Provide input to future plans
  • Assist in defining business metrics
  • Provide data and input to plans
  • Understand KOLs profiles and start networking
  • Partner with Marketing Communications to develop communications plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of work experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA preferred
  • 2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
  • MUST BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AND WORK WITHIN COMPLEX PROCEDURES AND POLICIES
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
