Oncology Clinic Operations Specialist

About the Role:
The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end management of oncology clinics and day-care centers, ensuring successful launch, ongoing operations, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Lead planning and execution of new clinic launches, including infrastructure readiness, facility design, medical equipment procurement, and licensing requirements.
- Oversee daily operations across clinics, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality, safety, and consistency of service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, surgeons, and healthcare providers to drive patient care and clinic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Clinics / Daycare Centres Set-up and Launch: Plan, execute, and manage the launch of new oncology clinics/day-care centers.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, track operational KPIs, financial performance, and revenue targets; initiate corrective actions where necessary.
- Doctor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, surgeons, and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-6 years in hospital management, healthcare operations, or clinical facility administration.
- Prior experience in clinic/hospital set-up or expansion projects is highly desirable.
