Job Title Sr Sales Manager Work Location Gurgaon Sector 39 Company Redcliffe Labs Position Overview Redcliffe Labs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales person to drive business growth for CGHS ECHS and Ayushman Bharat healthcare projects The role involves engaging with government authorities hospitals and healthcare providers to promote our services and ensure seamless execution of the projects Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with key stakeholders in CGHS ECHS and Ayushman Bharat schemes including hospitals clinics and government officials Drive sales and partnerships by promoting company services under these government schemes Develop and maintain relationships with empaneled hospitals and diagnostic centers Ensure proper documentation and compliance for smooth onboarding and execution of government health schemes Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery claims processing and issue resolution Conduct presentations meetings and training sessions to educate stakeholders about the benefits and process of these schemes Monitor market trends competitor activities and government policy changes related to the healthcare sector Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Required Skills Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare Management or a related field Proven experience in sales business development or government healthcare projects Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Knowledge of government healthcare schemes such as CGHS ECHS and Ayushman Bharat Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively Willingness to travel as per business requirements Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with hospitals diagnostic centers or government health departments Understanding of the claims process and reimbursement mechanisms under these schemes Why Redcliffe Labs Join a dynamic team in a rapidly growing company with ample opportunities for growth Work in a collaborative environment with a focus on continuous improvement Competitive salary and benefits package
