**About the role**:

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** You’ll develop and execute sales strategies** to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- You’ll conduct need assessments and provide **product demonstrations** to potential clients
- You’ll build and maintain relationships with existing clients to** maximize repeat business and referrals**:

- You’ll keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless **customer onboarding and support**:

- You’ll prepare and **deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts**:

- You’ll manage and maintain accurate sales records and customer data in CRM system
- You’ll **attend industry events and conferences** to generate leads and build relationships
- You’ll continuously **seek feedback** from clients to improve our products and services

**What You’ll Need**:

- **10**+ years of B2B sales experience**, preferably in the Govt media industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- **Experience with CRM systems** and sales automation tools
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as **Challenger Sale, Solution Selling or SPIN Selling is a plus
