Role Overview
Were looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to be the face of KwikMedi on the ground. Youll be driving pharmacy partnerships, expanding our local network, and making sure more people get quick, reliable healthcare services right at their doorstep.
What Youll Do
- Onboard pharmacies in allocated area.
- Build long-term relationships with partners for ongoing engagement.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and local outreach to grow our network.
- Educate partners about KwikMedis services and technology.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales & partnership targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, and operations teams for smooth partner onboarding.
What We are Looking For
- 1+ year in sales or business development (Healthcare/Pharma background is a must).
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel locally you know the streets, markets, and people
- Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to grow.
- Basic knowledge of local healthcare and customer needs.
- Must have own Vehicle
