About the Role

  • Interview coordination: Scheduling interviews, maintaining open communication with candidates, and ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
  • ATS management & tracking: Maintaining up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system and internal spreadsheets.
  • Internal collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and optimize the recruitment process.
