We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource professional to join our team as an HR Strategist.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our business objectives. As the HR Strategist, you will be responsible for driving organizational change, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning, training and development, and performance management.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, benefits administration, and payroll management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
