Job Summary:

As a seasoned ServiceNow expert, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our organization's IT service management processes. We seek an experienced leader to spearhead the implementation and maintenance of our ServiceNow instance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop efficient workflows, approval processes, and catalog items to enhance ticket resolution times and deflection rates.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical expertise in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Facilities, to define and optimize workflows.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes to ensure seamless system operation.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro tools and platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and configure advanced features.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
