Service Excellence Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Service Excellence Strategist to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive service strategy for our mobile robotics operations, aligned with business objectives and customer needs. This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should have at least 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. A proven track record in customer success, delivery operations, and account management is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MR onboarding and field operations.
  • Providing guidance on complex mobile robotics systems, including sensors, actuators, and associated field instrumentation.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for high-value MR clients post-deployment, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identifying inefficiencies through data analysis and continuously improving processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information.

Preferred candidates currently working with MR owners, a product company, or in the automotive industry.
