We are seeking an experienced Sr. Creative Strategist to join our team. As a Sr. Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that drive business results.
Major Roles & Responsibilities:- Craft compelling brand narratives and develop innovative campaign ideas to engage target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Present creative plans and pitches to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of each project.
- Oversee the development of award-winning creative work, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Manage junior creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
- Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team to understand client needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Provide visual direction to the graphic design team, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of the competition, identify market gaps, and inform creative decisions.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact creative campaigns that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and target audience behavior.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
