Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning process within our organization. Key responsibilities include maintaining ownership of the playbook, ensuring that Level 5 processes are accurately reflected in Kinaxis, and identifying opportunities for demand, raw material, supply, and inventory management improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning playbook ownership to keep it fully up-to-date
  • Validating Level 5 processes within Production Units (PUs) reflect the intent of the playbook and are correctly reflected within Kinaxis
  • Demand Planning Improvement opportunities
  • Raw Material Improvement opportunities
  • Supply and Replenishment Improvement opportunities
  • Inventory Management Improvement opportunities

Working Collaboratively

The individual in this role will need to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including PU planning teams, Global Supply Chain Excellence, Procurement, and Finance, without direct team management.

Requirements

  • Proven operational experience in end-to-end planning across both demand and supply planning
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software (Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro highly desirable) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, market trends, and global supply chain dynamics
