Job Description

Lead the development and continuous improvement of data ecosystems to ensure sustainability and scalability.

Oversee governance related to data quality, modeling, compliance, and security across all systems and platforms.

Collaborate with teams to resolve strategic data challenges across digital, management information, and analytics domains.

Integrate internal and third-party data sources in accordance with data fabric standards.

Partner with peers and multi-disciplinary teams to drive initiatives and ensure effective communication.

Recommend strategies for data architecture improvements and process enhancements.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Design and develop sustainable and scalable data ecosystems.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve strategic data challenges.
  • Implement data integration solutions in accordance with data fabric standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in an analytical field, preferably engineering.
  • Over 10 years of experience delivering data strategies and ETL transformations.
  • Expertise in data modeling, lineage, normalization, harmonization, data pipeline design, and process architecture.
  • Proficient in translating complex data into actionable insights using query tools and models.
