Senior Financial Strategist

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Strategist to spearhead our finance department and drive business growth through effective financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans and strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and compliant financial records, maintaining adherence to relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required
  • Lead the development and implementation of robust internal controls and risk management processes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Masters in Finance or Accounting from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams
  • CPA or CFA certification is highly desirable
