Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network architectures. They will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing countermeasures to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure network architectures
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
  • Implement and manage firewall configurations to ensure security and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with equipment vendors for troubleshooting and configuration standardization

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-6 years of overall IT experience
  • Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting FortiGate and Palo-Alto firewalls
  • Skilled in handling Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei switches
  • Familiarity with Aruba, Cisco controllers and access points
  • Experience with AWS and Zscaler Private Access
  • Sound knowledge of various network protocols and ports
  • Familiarity with IPSec, SSL VPN, IDS, and IPS
  • Prior experience in routing and switching
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
