Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Manager to maintain the security and efficiency of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, Maintain, and Enforce Network Security Policies: Deploy, configure, and enforce robust network security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Firewall and NIPS Administration: Deploy and maintain access-lists and firewall policies, ensuring secure and efficient network operations.
  • Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Investigate, isolate, and resolve firewall and NIPS incidents with root cause analysis (RCA), ensuring timely resolution of high-priority/severity incidents.
  • Co-ordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with OEMs for TAC support, RMA, replacement, and reconfiguration of faulty firewalls/NIPS, as well as with other IT support teams and application support teams to jointly troubleshoot and fix incidents.
  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement firewall, site-to-site VPNs, and IDS/IPS solutions for data center (DC)/disaster recovery (DR)/cloud and branch office environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in management of firewall and NIPS solutions, experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix environments, and hands-on experience in commissioning and implementation of various firewall and NIPS solutions.
  • Professional Experience: Overall 10-12 years' experience in network security with at least 5 years in Fortinet/Cisco Firewalls and IPS, managing policies and exceptions, and working with packet capture, analysis, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: CCNP (Routing & Switching) and CCNP (Security) or equivalent, product knowledge of firewall, NIPS, SSL, routing protocols, dual-factor authentication, etc.
