As a network expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our company's networks.

About this role
  • We are looking for an individual with strong technical skills and experience in network administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and reporting on network performance metrics.
  • Configuring firewall access and managing IP whitelisting to block malicious activity.
  • Preparing and maintaining network device inventory, including taking backups of devices.
  • Configuring VLAN modifications on L2 switches and resetting network device passwords.
  • Reviewing and updating firewall rule bases, monitoring NIPS/IPS logs, and deploying new security signatures.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in network administration.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, including ISP, DC, DR, MPLS, and P2P links.
  • Understanding of ACI/AVS switch installation and exposure to AWS and Azure security features.
